About This Training
Robust, high-performance, power-efficient processors are enabling the implementation of “smart” condition monitoring in harsh environments: accurately, remotely and securely.
Historically, a lack of plant-wide information on oil and gas production facilities or offshore drilling platforms has prevented the implementation of predictive maintenance - a program that would be essential to improve the efficiency of processes.
Generating affordable intelligent data with vibration and ultra-sound based condition monitoring of all types of rotating equipment e.g. mud pumps, compressors etc., without interrupting the production environment is critical to reduce Non-Productive Time significantly. The benefits include improved efficiency in manufacturing and a reduction in both downtime and total maintenance costs.
