The Extended Resource Domain Controller (XRDC) provides an integrated, scalable architectural for access control, system memory protection, and peripheral isolation. It allows software to assign chip resources including processor cores, non-core bus masters, memory regions, and slave peripherals for processing domains to support enforcement of robust operational environments.
This session introduces concepts and architecture of XRDC, and how to use XRDC to implement resource isolation and access control for S32G processor. Attendees will learn how to configure XRDC and how to isolate and partition S32G into separate domains.
