About This Training

All products enabling security require sensitive material to be installed at some point in their lifecycle. Provisioning secrets can be challenging to manage when a product is built in an untrusted contract manufacturer. Secure boot and encrypted boot features ensure that the executing software is authorized and unreadable. Neither provide a solution for installing keys or sensitive data to a new product. The manufacturing protection feature available on select NXP i.MX processors provides an OEM with a tool to help solve this problem.

This webinar will provide an introduction to the feature and discuss how it can be used to ensure that sensitive material is delivered and installed securely.
