201704010F01 : SOT1122 & SOT886 2nd Source Bangkok
ATBK Bangkok Thailand is introduced as second source for assembly and final test of products in XSON3 and XSON6 package.The products are currently tested and assembled in external Nexperia site Seremban in line with NXP global strategy and main customers' requirements to decrease delivery risks.The purpose of this change is to have the NXP internal site ATBK Bangkok Thailand qualified and released for production of products using XSON3 and XSON6 packages

Multi sourcing brings flexibility in supply chain and allows increase capacity to follow market trends. It minimizes the risk of delivery shortage.There is no impact for the customer since all versions will be delivered with a single 12NC number. All products fulfill the same specification for performance and for quality.
