201705002F01 : MPC5748G Maskset 1N81M and 0N78S Analog Comp Prop Delay Relaxation

NXP Semiconductor announces the update of the Analog Comparator specification in the Datasheet Rev4 for MPC5748G maskset 1N81M and 0N78S. Specifically the specification called Propagation Delay Low power mode (Full swing) will change from a maximum value of 14us to a maximum value of 21us. This specification can be found in Table 22 (Comparator and 6 bit DAC electrical specifications). The symbol is tDLS. The description of the symbol is Propagation Delay Low power Mode (Full Swing).Once Notification is effective the datasheet will be updated to MPC5748G Rev5.
