201806018IU01 : Mask Set 1N16S Errata Update UPDATE
This CIN is an update to inform that a new errata has been added to the Maskset 1N16S errata list. The Maskset 1N16S errata list now includes the errata: e11368 - Kinetis Flashloader is not pre-programmed in the flash of MCU devices. This notification informs customers of changes to the Maskset 1N16S errata list.
対象製品の特定について
Devices manufactured prior to work week 29 of 2018 will not contain the pre-programmed flashloader. Refer to device errata sheet for details.
アップデート情報
Previously attached errata contained erroneous date codes. Date codes have been updated and corrected errata has been attached.
予想される影響
Devices delivered from the factory will not include the Kinetis Flashloader and will require an external programmer to flash programs to the MCU device upon initial delivery. This is the only functional change.
