201901012F01 : eXtreme Switch MC12XS6 and MC32XSG Device Family Data Sheet Updates Proposal: Modification of Pull-up and Pull-down Resistor
NXP Semiconductors proposes a data sheet update for the eXtreme Switch products associated with this notification for specific pull-up / pull-down resistor values. In order to improve product capability NXP proposes the following specification value updates for pull-up resistor on CSB and pull-down resistor on Out6:1. Increase CSB pull-up resistor Max value from 20KOhm to 30KOhm2. Increase Out6 pull-down resistor Max value from 100KOhm to 130KOhmThe new proposed values have been evaluated versus applications conditions and are considered low risk.The attached presentation shows the specification extract associated to these parameters. The new resistor value changes will be incorporated in the next data sheet specification revisions.
