High Performance Auto Rotary and Linear Position Sensor

The KMA320/321/310 family is designed for high performance applications such as throttle/EGR position sensor, turbo charger/clutch/transmission actuator.
The sensors feature PCB-less design with integrated capacitor. The IC allows user-specific definition of angular range, zero angle position, and clamping voltages.
The settings are stored permanently in a non-volatile memory (NVM). The programmable angle sensor is pre‑programmed, pre-calibrated and therefore, ready to use.
The sensor is developed to ISO26262, and fulfills ASIL B(Analog) or ASIL C(SENT)

- Operating temperature up to 180 °C, suitable for high temperature applications in engine room (ETC, EGR)
- Based on integrated AMR technology, highly accurate
- SAE J2716 SENT and ratiometric analog output
- Designed to ISO 26262, support up to ASIL C with SENT output

- Multipoint calibration with 17 equidistant or seven selectable calibration points to enable linearity improvement and flexibility in application
- 8 × 12-bit customer memory space for easy traceability
