About This Training
S32 safety software was developed according to an ISO26262 compliant process and provides a new type of software component focused on supporting all safety integrity levels (up to ASIL D) and accelerating time to market of customer ISO26262 safety application.
It provides detection and reaction mechanisms for latent faults and single-point faults enabling the safety concept flow of S32 devices (SAF), a detection method for permanent faults in the core (SCST) and high-level effects of HW, SW and design faults (SbSW). It integrates with both AUTOSAR and non-AUTOSAR applications and is a common solution across S32 processors which can help streamline customer development activities.
