201803018F01 : PTN5150A Pin 1 T&R Orientation Alignment

For material manufactured in 2018 NXP will be changing the current T&R pin 1 orientation from Q1 to Q2.

変更理由

This change will align specifications and orderable part types.- the T&R information indicates a Q2 pin 1 orientation and- the segment of the orderable 12NC (last 3 digits) being 528 also indicates a 'rotated' orientation which for QFNs of this configuration normally use a Q2 orientation.Most customers understand the '3NC/orientation' format and NXP wants to provide consistency.

The material manufactured in 2018 (as indicated on box/reel labels) will be oriented in an 'as specified' manner where Pin 1 will be in Q2.

There is no impact to product functionality but customers should be aware that material with 2017 datecodes will have pin 1 located in Q1while 2018 material will have pin 1 oriented in Q2.No impact on form fit function reliability or quality.
