NVT4858デバイスは、SD 3.0準拠の自動方向制御付き双方向デュアル電圧レベル変換器です。1.65 V～3.6 Vの信号レベルで動作するメモリ・カードまたはSIMカードと、公称供給電圧1.08 V～1.95 Vのホストを接続するように設計されています。

このデバイスは、 SD 3.0 SDR104、SDR50、DDR50、SDR25、SDR12、およびSD 2.0高速 (50 MHz) モードとデフォルト速度 (25 MHz) モードをサポートします。このデバイスは、VCCB供給ピンに接続された自動イネーブル/ディセーブル機能、内蔵EMIフィルタ、および堅牢なESD保護（IEC 61000-4-2、レベル4）を備えています。

このデバイスは、SDカード/SIMカード・コンボ・ソケット用にCLKと2つのデータ・ラインを使用するSIMカード電圧レベル変換器もサポートします。

  • クロック同期用のフィードバック・チャネル
  • ブレーク・ビフォア・メイク (BBM) アーキテクチャでのプッシュ・プル出力段による低消費電力
  • VCCB経由での自動イネーブル/ディセーブル
  • プルアップおよびプルダウン抵抗内蔵：外部抵抗が不要
  • 内蔵EMIフィルタがデジタルI/Oの高調波を抑制
  • IEC 61000-4-2レベル4に準拠した8 kVのESD保護をカード側に内蔵し、外部ESDダイオードが不要
  • レベル変換バッファによってホストをESDストレスから保護（ゼロ・クランプ概念）
  • 0.4 mmピッチのXQFN16および0.35 mmピッチのWLCSP16で提供
