NAFE13388 / NAFE73388 / NAFE13188は、高精度の測定要件を満たし高度な設定が可能な産業用グレードのマルチチャネル・ユニバーサル入力アナログ・フロントエンド (AFE) です。このデバイスは、低リーク、高電圧 (HV) の高速マルチプレクサ、低オフセットおよび低ドリフトのプログラマブル・ゲイン・アンプ (PGA) およびバッファ、高データ・レートの24ビット・デルタ・シグマADコンバータ (ADC)、高精度の電圧および電流励磁源、低ドリフトの電圧リファレンスを内蔵しています。HVアナログ・ピンはすべて、電磁環境適合性 (EMC) および誤配線の状況に対応するために内部でダイオード保護されています。NAFE13388 / NAFE73388 / NAFE13188は各種の診断機能を装備しており、状態監視と異常検出のための監視回路を提供します。較正用に2つの高精度電圧源が用意され、エンド・ツー・エンドのシステム自動較正と予知保全が容易になります。
