The UJA1166ATK contains an ISO 11898-2:2016 and SAE J2284-1 to SAE J2284-5 compliant HS-CAN transceiver supporting CAN FD up to 5 Mbit/s and an integrated 5 V low-dropout linear voltage regulator. This 5 V regulator provides the internal CAN supply and can also be used to supply additional discrete CAN transceivers or other on-board loads.
The UJA1166ATK can be operated in very-low-current Sleep mode with local and bus wake-up capability. It can be controlled by a microcontroller supplied from an independent 3.3 V or 5 V supply.
