MPC5777x Device and Target Adapters | NXP Semiconductors

The MPC5777x device adapters are calibration boards engineered for industrial and automotive applications. These Power Architecture^® based devices offer production footprints and standardized tool connectors, allowing various calibration and debug hardware to be connected and reused.

Optionally, some devices provide communication between the calibration tool and the application board with the addition of 6 Tool I/O signals. Also, BGA to PGA solutions are available, allowing MPC5777x processors to plug into a BGA socket receiver.
