The DEMO9S12NE64 kit contains everything you need to develop and evaluate the NXP® MC9S12NE64 family of applications. This comprehensive kit includes a demonstration board that uses the MC9S12NE64 on chip EMAC and EPHY to demonstrate typical MC9S12NE64 applications in which single-chip Ethernet is requirement.
