The EVB9S12XF512E is a full featured, ready to use evaluation system for the NXP® 16-bit MC9S12XF512 MCU, featuring an XGATE coprocessor, 512 KB flash memory and an embedded FlexRay™ controller. The EVB9S12XF512 takes advantage of the CodeWarrior® tool suite and NXP USB-BDM interface to help make your development process simple and quick.

  • BDM connector for external in-circuit debugging
  • Header connectors with all microcontroller signals
  • One CAN connector with transceiver integrated in the MC33742
  • Two FlexRay connectors with two transceivers
