PF5113は、車載ADASレーダー用途やインダストリアル用途向けに設計された、NXPのマルチ・チャネルPMICデバイスです。

内蔵された電圧モニタリング回路によって、ISO 26262標準および機能安全ASIL B/ASIL Dレベルに確実に準拠します。さらにPF5113は、ISO 26262への準拠を必要としない用途での標準的な非セーフティ・デバイスとしても利用できます。

PF5113は、S32R41、TEF82xxなどのNXPレーダー・システム・ソリューションに適しています。
