PCA9451Aは、1セル・リチウム・イオンおよびリチウム・ポリマ・バッテリのポータブル・アプリケーションと5 Vアダプタの非ポータブル・アプリケーションの両方でi.MX 93xファミリ・プロセッサをサポートするように設計されたシングルチップ・パワー・マネージメントIC (PMIC) です。このデバイスは、6つの高効率降圧レギュレータ、3つのLDO、1つの400 mAロード・スイッチ、2チャネルのレベル・トランスレータ、および32.768 kHz水晶発振器ドライバを提供します。

3つの降圧レギュレータは、立上がりおよび立下がり時間をプログラミングできるダイナミック電圧スケーリング (DVS)1をサポートします。降圧レギュレータからの負荷に対するIR降下を補償するためにリモート・センスをサポートし、重要な電源レールでの精度要件を満たすためのより優れた性能を実現します。このデバイスは-40°C～105°Cの周囲温度範囲で動作するため、工業用、拡張工業用、民生用の各市場に適したオプションとなります。
